Elena Bazo González is a young researcher in the Atmospheric Physics Group at the Department of Applied Physics of the University of Granada.

She graduated in Physics in 2019 at the University of Sevilla and then she studied a Master's Degree in Particle Physics and Astrophysics at the University of Granada. Since she found great interest in Planetary Atmospheres, she then studied a Master's Degree in Meteorology at the University of Granada. Her final project focused on the study of the aerosol radiative effect, using ceilometer and sun-sky photometer measurements and radiative transfer models.

She joined the Atmospheric Physics Group in late 2021, under the project ADAPNE. In the frame of this project, her research is focused on the study of aerosol optical properties with polar nephelometry and single particle tecniques.
