I was born in a port city called Guayaquil placed in south-west Ecuador, at Guayas province. Nevertheless, my family and I moved to Spain when I was 5 years old. I studied in Almeria until I had to move to Granada to study Environmental Sciences in college. During those years, I came into contact with meteorology, and I discovered how much interesting it is and how much I like it.

I started a Meteorology master in the same university after I graduated college. My master final research project covered La Palma volcano’s eruption during 2021 with satellite Sentinel-5P and ground-based remote sensing measurements.

I work currently in Atmospheric Physic Research Group of the University of Granada with a research contract in the project MOGATRACO
